How Can We Help?

Suaid Freight operates as your dedicated US operations partner. We handle customs clearance, drayage, warehousing, and distribution — coordinating directly with your team. You maintain full control of your client relationships while we execute the US logistics operations with our own licenses and infrastructure.

We are NOT a freight forwarder. We don't do international logistics, we don't prospect importers, and we have zero interest in your client relationships. Our business model is B2B only — we serve forwarders, not importers. We sign NDAs and non-compete agreements with every partner. Your clients are yours, period.

No. We have no minimum volume, no long-term contracts, and no setup fees. You can start with a single container pilot to test our service quality. Most partners begin with 3 containers and scale from there once they see the results.

We cover all 7 major US gateway ports for international cargo: Los Angeles/Long Beach, New York/Newark, Savannah, Charleston, Miami, Houston, and Chicago (inland). From these ports, we deliver to 78+ destinations across 38 states via our FTL/LTL distribution network.

We invoice YOU (the forwarder) directly — never your importer. You receive transparent, itemized invoices for each service. You then bill your client at your own markup. Our pricing is open and predictable: no hidden fees, no surprise charges. You always know your cost before we move.

You have a dedicated operations contact available via WhatsApp, email, and phone. Our SLA is a 2-hour response time during business hours. For customs holds, exam requests, or delivery issues, we proactively notify you before you even have to ask. We treat your shipments as if they were our own.

Yes. We manage the full regulatory compliance process for goods entering the US. This includes FDA Prior Notice filings, USDA phytosanitary coordination, EPA compliance for chemical products, FSVP agent services, and exam management. We know common import product categories inside out and anticipate issues before they become holds.

Suaid Freight holds all major US logistics credentials: CBP Licensed Customs Broker, FMC Registered Ocean Transportation Intermediary, C-TPAT Certified (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism), and IATA Accredited Agent. These certifications ensure full regulatory compliance and expedited processing for your cargo.

Yes. While we started with Brazil-US trade, we now serve freight forwarders from all major trade corridors — including Vietnam, India, Mexico, China, and Europe. Our US operations infrastructure works the same regardless of origin: customs clearance, drayage, warehousing, and distribution. We also offer multilingual support in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

You retain 100% control of your pricing to the end client. We charge you our operational cost, and you mark up as you see fit. There's no revenue split — you keep all the margin between what you charge the importer and what you pay us. This gives you complete control over your profitability.

Our CBP Licensed team handles customs holds, intensive exams, and agency requests (FDA, USDA, EPA, CPSC) as part of our standard service. We notify you immediately, provide a clear action plan, coordinate directly with the examining agency, and work to minimize demurrage and storage charges. With C-TPAT certification, our shipments have a significantly lower exam rate.

Yes. We can arrange FTZ warehousing for partners who need to defer, reduce, or eliminate duties on imported goods. FTZ benefits include duty deferral until goods enter US commerce, inverted tariff savings, and zone-to-zone transfers. This is particularly valuable for high-duty products or when goods will be re-exported.
